Maria Lina Ferre Marzo - Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

Our Team

Maria Lina Ferre Marzo is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). She is fluent in Spanish and English and emigrated to Canada in 2012.
To understand her professional journey, it is important to highlight that she studied a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism in Spain and was a journalist (BA) and digital marketing specialist for many years. In Canada, she studied a Certificate in Business Administration and was working as a marketing specialist, however, Law was always in the back of her mind, especially Immigration Law.

That is why she took another professional path because she wanted to help other immigrants like herself to come to Canada. The first step she took was studying Canadian Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law graduating with distinction. The next step was passing a mandatory academic English exam (CAEL) and getting a CLB 9 score which was needed before writing the licensing exam.

Maria Lina wrote the Entry to Practice Exam (EPE) in February of 2020 and passed it. And, finally, she got her RCIC license in July of 2020 due to delays because of the pandemic and she is working for over two years as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.
